This machine is a double bottom roller shaftless type, central drum surface slitting and rewinding machine, which is suitable for slitting and rewinding of various super large reel materials, such as coated paper,
carbon free paper, white cardboard, cigarette wrapping paper, kraft paper, non-woven fabric, aluminum foil, self-adhesive materi- als, PVO plastics and other roll materials.
Features:
The main machine adopts three-motor servo control to maintain balanced operation during acceleration.
It has an automatic meter counting alarm function. The rewinding adopts the front and rear A and B air shaft structures, and the linear guide rail is used for automatic unloading.
The unwinding adopts the ultrasonic/CCD automatic deviation correction system to ensure that irregular materials can be cut normally.
The waste edges are automatically sucked out by high-pressure fans. The unwinding adopts a hydraulic shaftless automatic feeding device.
The machine adopts PLC touch screen control, automatic taper tension, and center surface winding.
